I had to send back some LED bulbs because they didn’t fit my car the way I thought they would. The return itself was straightforward, and I did get my refund in the end, which I appreciate.

That said, it took longer than I expected, and I had to chase them up once before anything seemed to move. Customer service wasn’t rude or anything, just a bit slow and not as clear as I’d have liked.

I might still order from them again, but if the refund process is this slow next time, I’d probably look elsewhere instead. It’s not a terrible experience, just one that could definitely be smoother

I ordered a set of LEDs and fitted them over the weekend. Installation was straightforward, and everything worked immediately with no dashboard errors or any messing around. Overall, I’m really pleased with them, to be honest

One of the LED bulbs I bought from ledperf.co.uk started acting up after a few months, which was a bit annoying because I’d fitted them on a weekend and didn’t fancy messing about with it again. I contacted them about the warranty and, to be fair, they did replace the bulb in the end, so no real complaint there. It just took a while to get replies, and I had to chase them a couple of times, which made the whole thing feel slower than it needed to be. Not a terrible experience by any means, but it could definitely be a bit smoother. I’d say 3 stars is fair.

Got some bulbs from Ledperf and they’re way brighter than the old ones. Wow. Took a few minutes to fit and the difference at night is really noticeable. I wasn’t expecting it to be that much clearer, but it is. Easy. No problems so far and I’d definitely buy them again.

I was just about to order a few bulbs, but then I saw the shipping cost and was like… make it make sense. They’re such small items, so paying that much for delivery felt a bit ridiculous. I ended up just leaving it and not placing the order.

I ordered from Ledperf the packaging was spot on!! Everything turned up safe and sound, no damage at all... The box was sturdy, neat, and clearly packed with care, so yeah, really happy with that!!!

It took me about ten minutes to figure out, which wasn’t terrible, but the instructions could definitely be clearer. The confusion felt avoidable with a little more detail.

This thing feels sturdy right out of the box, and the fit was spot on for me. I haven’t had any issues with it so far, so I’m calling it a win. If something feels this solid, it’s probably just good quality, at least that’s how I’m looking at it

It wasn’t a massive problem, just a bit annoying when you’re ready to get on with it and then that bit isn’t right. Delivery was alright overall. I’d probably just double-check everything against the order next time before fitting them, just in case

I bought these LED bulbs for my Golf and expected some canbus warning lights, but they worked right away. No flickering, no errors on the dash, nothing. My brother helped me fit them and was impressed too. Really happy with them and I’d definitely buy again...

I bought some bulbs from Ledperf and, to be fair, they fitted without any hassle. They’re definitely brighter than the stock ones, but the beam pattern isn’t as good as I’d hoped. It looks a bit patchy on the road rather than nice and even. Maybe it didn’t help that I fitted them right before a run of awful weather, so the timing probably made it more noticeable. They’re not terrible, I just expected a cleaner spread of light.

I ordered these LED bulbs expecting more of a clean white light, but… yeah, they ended up looking a bit bluer than the colour temperature shown on the site. They’re not bad, to be fair, and they work perfectly fine. Just not quite as accurate as I was hoping. Delivery was okay too, nothing really to complain about there. I might buy them again, but I’d definitely double-check the colour temp more carefully next time.

I messed up and ended up needing a refund, but it came through really quickly. I was expecting to chase it down for days, so that was a nice surprise...

Got the tracking updates as expected. No issues.
